Doctrine Writing

Leading Emergency Services has been involved in the drafting and developing of strategic doctrine for large emergency organisations. This has involved gaining an understanding of the culture and values of the organisation, and through reading, interviews and facilitating focus and expert groups, detailing the approaches and outcomes required in strategic doctrine. This develops understanding within the organisation and promotes the value and services of emergency agencies to external clients and government. The strategic doctrine is subsequently published for internal and external use.
